The work includes construction of a detention pond including site clear & grub, excavation and grading of detention pond, construction of forebay and outlet structures, headwalls, retaining walls, installation of site utilities including 24” to 48” RCP Storm system, manholes, and waterline. |

| DEI was awarded the Central City 2011 Streetscape project from Northstar Concrete. The work includes removal and replacement of approx. 482 l.f. of 8” & 10” sanitary sewer line and removal and replacement of 6” PVC waterline. |
