NREL Central Arroyo Detention Pond

DEI was awarded the Central Arroyo Detention Pond project from Growling Bear
and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. The work includes construction of a
detention pond including site clear & grub, excavation and grading of detention pond,
construction of forebay and outlet structures, headwalls, retaining walls, installation of
site utilities including 24" to 48" RCP Storm system, manholes, and waterline.

Central City 2011 Streetscape project

DEI was awarded the Central City 2011 Streetscape project from Northstar Concrete.
The work includes removal and replacement of approx. 482 l.f. of 8" & 10" sanitary
sewer line and removal and replacement of 6" PVC waterline.

2011 Pecos St. Sewer Main Replacement

DEI was awarded the 2011 Pecos Street Sewer Main Replacement project from
Crestview Water and Sanitation. The work includes site demolition, installation of
approx. 718 l.f. of 12" SDR35 PVC sewer main and all appurtenances, installation
of three 48" manholes, abandoning existing manholes, asphalt patching, removal and
replacement of curb & gutter and unsuitable subgrade materials.

The Children's Hosptial – East Addition Utilities Project

DEI was awarded The Children's Hospital – East Addition utilities project from Phipps / McCarthy. The work consists of removal of existing utilities and installation of 256 ft of 8" DIP water & fire hydrant, approx. 200' of 4" – 10" Sanitary Sewer System & 2 manholes, Approx. 600' of 6" – 18" RCP Storm sewer, 2 manholes and 1 inlet.

Stapleton Filing #32

DEI was awarded the Stapleton Filing #32 - Phase 1 & 2 projects from M.A. Mortenson Construction. The work consists of installation of sanitary sewer system, manholes & inlets, waterline and storm system in the Stapleton redevelopment area in Denver.
