CSU Engineering Lot #310 – Phase 1

DEI was awarded the Engineering Lot #310 – Phase 1 project from Colorado State University. The work consists of removal of existing asphalt in bus lane and parking areas and replacing with concrete. Detailed work includes site demolition, removal and replacement of stormwater inlet, installation of approx. 2700 s.y. of concrete pavement and base course, curb & gutter, and installation of approx 600 lf of irrigation main.

DPS Stapleton School

DEI was awarded the DPS Stapleton School project from GE Johnson Construction. The work consists of site clear & grub, site cut & fill, excavation and backfill of the building foundation, including scarify and re-compact soils under the building and paving areas, fine grade site, installation of 741lf of 6" water main, 270lf of 6" sanitary main and 2,741 lf of 15" - 30": of storm sewer system, cleanouts, inlets and manholes.

2009 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation

DEI was awarded the 2009 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project from the City of Aurora. The work consists of rehabilitation of approx. 4,000 l.f. of sanitary sewer pipe using open cut with trench restoration, new piping and appurtenances, excavation, dewatering, bypass pumping and backfill, site drainage and connections to existing facilities. The work will be performed at various locations throughout the city..

Pond Dredging - Arvada

DEI was awarded the Pond Dredging project from the City of Arvada. The work consists of dredging, excavation of Four Acre Lake, Lake Arbor Golf Course pond and Trail Village detention pond, a total of approximately 7,500 cy. Work also includes dewatering and bypass pumping, Core drilling and installation of 15" diameter headgates, 15,000 s.y. of seeding, installation of 2,000 s.y. of sod and repair of bank shoring.

Fort Collins Discovery Museum

DEI was awarded the Fort Collins Discovery Museum from Hensel Phelps Construction. The work consists of site clear & grub, site cut & fill, excavation and backfill of the building foundation, Over excavate 2" under building, fine grade site, installation of 140lf of 8" waterline, 130lf of 8" sanitary main and 229 lf of 15" - 30" storm sewer system, roof drain system, manholes, 6" fire line and hydrants and pond outlet.
